About Us
Our Founder
My name is Shanna Huff-Green, and with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I have dedicated my career to serving the elderly community. With over a decade of specialized dementia care experience, I am proud to be a Dementia Care Manager and Consultant, guiding families and caregivers through the complexities of memory care.
Holding a Bachelor's in Human Services with a focus on Social Gerontology and an Associate's in Liberal Arts, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals living with dementia. I have also served as a Memory Support Manager, Activities Director, and Certified Nursing Assistant, providing hands-on care and support. As a certified End-of-Life Doula and Med Tech, I bring a holistic, compassionate approach to care that encompasses physical, social, cognitive, and therapeutic well-being.
At Abundant Grace, I am committed to enhancing the quality of life for those living with dementia through engaging, personalized activities that promote social interaction, cognitive function, and emotional support.
